Plastic ceiling tiles
Plastic ceiling tiles are
manufactured from high quality PVC plastic and are available in a range of
designs and colours. They come in a convenient size, are light in weight and
can be installed easily on any surface. They are durable and washed easily, and
coloured with plastic paints if desired. Insect and pest-proof, they are
impervious to dust and fire-resistant. To fix plastic ceiling tiles, wipe the
ceiling and smoothen surface by removing loose plaster or distemper. Apply fevicol-SR
998 adhesive to the edges and to the raised crossed section on the tiles. After
the adhesive become the sticky, place the panel in the ends of previous panels
with fingertips. Plastic ceiling tiles can be easily cut with scissors to fit
required size. For velvet, first remove velvety surface of the portion of edges
and then overlap the plastic ends of the sheets.
Plastic Wall covering
Plastic Wall covering are
manufactured from high barrier polyvinyl chloride sheets dimensionally
embossed, which helps create a three-dimensional effect. Greater artwork is
created with various colourants through an electrostatic process which gives an
even coating of any substance. Combinations of various processes and materials
result in unusual finishes. Wall covering will not shrink or expand on
application of adhesive and is easy to fix without wrinkles or air bubbles. It can
be affixed to most surfaces and is quite durable. It claims to be 100 % water
resistant and can be cleaned with water. Insects or pests do not affect the
wall covering. Nor is it a fire hazard. Roll size is 60 cms wide and upto 10 m
long.
