We are delighted to have you on board and become a Member of our Team.
Subsequent to your application and interview you had with us, we are pleased to appoint you as Project Engineer – Construction in M-3 Grade in our Organization with effect from 04th October 2016 on the following terms and conditions :
- You shall be paid a Basic salary of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) per month. You shall be entitled to receive the other allowances and benefits as per Annexure.
- You shall be on probation for a period of six (6) months and may be confirmed thereafter based on the performance during the period of probation. During you probation you shall not be entitled to any kind of leave.
- Your probation period shall be subject to extension, if required as may be deemed fit or shall be dispensed with at any time by giving you one month’s notice or one month’s monthly salary in lieu of notice, at the discretion of the Management. However, during probation period, in case you decide to leave the Company, you shall give one month’s notice.
- After confirmation of your service : i) In case you decide to leave the Company, you shall give two month notice to the Company & ii) Your services could be terminated by the Company by giving you two month notice or two month’s salary lieu of notice, whichever at the discretion of the Management. During the notice period no leave shall be granted.
- As part of the organization team, your services are liable to be utilized in or transferable to any office / site / department of the Company anywhere in India or any other sister concerns, associate Company existing or which may come into existence in future.
- You shall ensure compliance of and be governed by the terms and conditions of this letter and the rules, regulations and orders as enumerated in the Policy Guidelines / Manuals which may be amended revised / modified by the Company from time to time.
- You shall not engage yourself directly or indirectly in any other activities of business or profession on vocation or office of profit without the prior sanction of the Management.
- You shall observe strict confidentiality with respect to the business of the Company and shall not disclose any matter which may come to your knowledge in the course of discharge of your duties except when required by Management.
- Your employment terms should be treated with the strict confidence, especially, Salaries and other benefits are personal and confidential matter. You shall be solely responsible for keeping the same in strict confidence. Disclosure / Divulging this information shall make one liable for strict action including termination of employment.
- Your appointment and continuance in employment shall always be subject to your being found medically fit and the Management shall have the right to get you examined / re-examined from any Registered Medical Practitioner / Surgeon whose findings shall be final and binding upon you.
- You shall retire from the services of the company on completion of 58 years of age as per the records with the Company.
- Whilst in the service of the Company you may be issued Company assets such as Desktop / Laptop if any, calculators, instruments and other accessories for carrying out your work, drawing etc. including documents which may have come in your possession in the course of your employment. You shall be responsible for upkeep, maintenance and any loss / damage of these items, in case of any loss or damage you shall have to make good the loss / damage.
- On the resignation / separation from the services of the Company, you shall handover all charges of the your duties, assignments, Company’s assets and Documents etc. to Team Member as may be assigned by the Management and obtain clearance on the final separation checklists before the release from services of the Company.
- Attached herewith is the Induction manual for your use. This is a guideline document to provide you a brief about the Company’s policies procedures and information on the point of common interest. Should you have any query, please discuss the matter with HR Department or your Department Head.
- Also attached herewith is a guide on “Value and Ethics” in the form of Code of Conduct (CoC) expected from you by the Company which you required to abide adhere to at all times.
