We often come across cracked
plasters and complaints of water seepage from the sidewalls of the buildings.
This occurs due to the ever changing and diversified climatic conditions, which
the plaster is exposed to and weathers. Also due to shrinkage of plaster cracks
are developed which forms a source of leakage.
To obtain a good and healthy
plaster so as to minimize these cracks:
Ø Apply
the first coat of plaster in cement mortar with addition of SUNPLEX (330 gms
pouch) and 150 mls. of POLYTANCRETE NGT per bag of cement.
Ø Cure
the first coat as per standard procedures.
Ø Apply
second coat of plaster in cement mortar with addition of SUNPLEX (330 gms
pouch) and 250 mls. of POLYTANCRETE NGT per bag of cement.
Ø Cure
the second coat as usual.
