Clean
the surface to remove dirt, loose particles, flaking paint etc. and rub
down to an original hard surface. The life and performance of the coating
is directly dependent on the extent and quality of cleaning.
Examine
the surface closely for any cracks or openings. Fill them up properly
using suitable crack filler like POLYFILL. For specialized crack filling
use POLYALK EP mortar.
Open
the container of SUNEXT-8 and stir well to attain uniform consistency.
Mix
one litre of SUNEXT-8 with 500 ml of potable water in a clean container.
Apply
the coating by brush, roller or spray in three coats with a minimum
interval of 4-6 hours between successive coats.
