  • He must work hard and zeal in the people with whom he is concerned.
  • He must with the confidence by his superiority of knowledge and skill about the working of the organisation.
  • He must provide orderliness (discipline) in the organisation with his managerial skill.
  • He must be able to inspire his subordinates.
  • Leader must strengthen his personal qualities, like knowledge, character and high integrity.
  • He must possess competence and sense of justice.
  • He must have maturity and emotional balance.

  • Intelligence of leader must be above average.
  • He must possess perfect technical background and sound education.
  • He must have sound judgement.
  • He must possess the art of effective communication with his subordinates.
  • He must be able to take quick and sound decisions.
  • He must have a sense of responsibility.
  • He must have capability to guide and teach the subordinates.
  • He must have a physical energy.
  • He must encourage team work.
  • He must channelize group functioning.
  • He must be impartial.
  • He must have persuasiveness.
