A
Level Marking
1.
Draw the require false Ceiling Finish
line from the finish floor by using laser
line marker or water level.




2.
Transfer this line on all corners of room.
Mark a line on periphery of wall by using chalk.

framing
1.
Fix the perimeter channel on the periphery of wall with suitables fastners (600 mm c/c)



2.
Mark the position of fasteners on true slab at 1220 mm c/c both direction.



3.
At junction of two lines; drill a hole of with help of 12mm dia. Drill bit. Insert 12 mm dia & 38 mm long Rawl plug inside a hole.



4.
Fix the soffit cleat the Rawl plug (27x37x25mm x 1.6mm) at 1220 mm c/c. Ensure the nut of Rawl plug is properly tighten with soffit cleat.



5.
Fix the celing angle (25x10mm) of suitable length to the soffit cleat at 1220 mm c/c with the help of M6 Nut & bolt.



6.
Take a pipe for water level and transfer a perimeter top flange level on to the ceiling angle. Then mark the position of intermediate channel.



7.
Fix the intermediate channel (15x45x15x0.90mm) to the flange of ceiling angle (25mm) with M6 Nut & bolt. Ensure intermediate channel resting on perimeter channel.



8.
Fix ceiling section (80x51x26mm) perpendicular to the intermediate channel by using connecting clip.



9.
Ensure distance between two ceiling section should not be more than 457 mm c/c.



10.
Ensure the overlapping of ceiling section & intermediate channel should not be less than 150 mm. Use metal to metal screws.



11.
Cross-check the level of all frame works to ensure entire frame is in line & level.



C
Opening of services
1.
Cut the ceiling section at the location of opening like light opening/ Ac opening/ Access panel.



2.
Ensure additional at both cutting ends by using intermediate channels suspended from soffit.



3.
Put perimeter channel at the periphery of the opening.

1.
Do boarding by using 6x4ft gypsum board. Ensure that the length of board perpendicular to ceiling section (Square Joint of Board screw fix on Ceiling Section)
