This rates for each item are entered in figures and words and correct totalling on each page is done.

That a comparative list of tenders showing least quoted value at top and the highest value in the bottom is made.



State the list of documents to be attached to the tender by the contractor.

Registration of contractor with state government/central government or P.W.D.

Income tax clearance certificate.

Certificates showing where the contractor has previously worked.

A certificate of properties owned by him.

Solvency certificate.
