If landholder dead then death
certificate of landholder.
If landholder is minor then minor
birth certificate.
If family member’s holding any another
property other than family tree structure, then declaration on 100 Rs. stamp
paper is required.
If death of the property holder

Original copy of death
certificate.
Affidavit.
If there is any norms about
Land/Plot with details
NOTICE about plot/land.
If Land/Plot is one lease or
property hold from 150-200 years.
If property is on mortgage or
not sold by anyone with declaration affidavit.
Land holding Act 8(4) with
order affidavit.
All reports and title clearance
certificate from collector office with previous 30 years corrections.
