POLYFILL
POLYFILL is a specially formulated
crack repair material aimed to blend suitably with the properties of plaster. This
is a polymer modified cementitious powder, which needs mere addition of water
on site to form a cohesive workable mix ready to use.
COMPOSITION
POLYFILL is a free flowing
powder, a blend of cementitious material, polymer additives and graded fine
aggregates.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Chase out the cracks to V groove.
- Clean the surface and make the surface wet.
- Add 40-45% of water depending on the desired consistency and working time to POLYFILL and mix thoroughly.
- Fill the grooves with the above mixed material and finish.
- Start curing after the material has sufficiently hardened for 3 days and then allow to dry out slowly (i.e. protect from rapid drying due to wind, sun or excessive heat).
- Apply slurry of Polyalk WP and White Cement (1:1 by wt.) by brush on the finished surface. (refer technical literature of Polyalk WP)
