While planning various events
of a project, it is necessary that the sequence in which the project is to be
developed, is made known to everyone from the project administration to the

fix up the time and progress chart (Bar Chart) Later on, it also becomes to
prepare network analysis in the form of Critical Path Method (CPM) flow
diagram.
