Communication, either forward or backward, assumes a very important place in any organisational set-up. At every stage, communication is essential for achieving the desired aims/objectives. The efficiency of any person in completing given job in any organisation, whether Government, private or commercial, largely depends upon his ability to communicate effectively. He must be able to convey what he desires from the top officers up to the last unit in the organisations. It can be said that communication is the binding agent of all social systems and sub-systems.
