2nd layer

20 Ñ„ = length of beam + development length – bend

= 5000 + (50 x 20 x 2) – (2 x 20 x 1 x 2)

= 6920 mm

= 6.92 meter

For 2 nos. = 6.92 x 2 = 13.84 meter


TOP BAR

20 Ñ„ = same as 2nd layer of bottom bar

= 13.84 meter


STIRRUPS




For zone – 1

L/3 = 5000/3 = 1666.67 mm

No. of stirrups = (Length / Spacing) + 1

= (1666.67 / 100) + 1

= 17.7 say 18 nos.

Total no. of stirrups for zone 1 = 18 x 2 = 36 nos.

For zone – 2

No. of stirrups = (Length / Spacing) - 1

= (1666.67 / 150) - 1

= 10 nos.

Therefor total = 36 + 1 = 46 nos.


Cutting length of stirrups

a= 300 – (2 x clear cover) – (2 x half of bar)

a= 300 – (2 x 30) – (2 x 4)

a= 232 mm


b= 600 – (2 x clear cover) – (2 x half of bar)

b= 600 – (2 x 30) – (2 x 4)

b= 532 mm


cutting length = (2 x a) + (2 x b) + (2 x 10d) – (3 x d x 2) – (2d x 3)

= (2 x 232) + (2 x 532) + (2 x 10 x 8) – (3 x 8 x 2) – (2 x 8 x 3)

= 1592 mm

= 1.592 meter

For 46 stirrups = 1.592 x 46 = 73.23 meter
