· Suggest proper location for swimming pool for a project.
· Specify size, capacity of the swimming pool as per the total tenements of the project.
· Consider the source of water for the swimming pool.
· Comply with the municipal authority rules and regulations regarding provision of swimming pool.
· Take precautions for the surface drainage systems while deciding location.
· Give detailed drawings as follows:
1. Swimming pool location with respect to the project layout.
2. Necessary filtration plant details.
3. Necessary drainage arrangement details.
4. Necessary plumbing work details.
5. Construction details.
· Consider health aspects as per the prevailing codes regarding purity of water, re-use of water etc.
· Consider safety measures, provision of life saving equipments, protective fencing etc.
